Building Services II (Batch A)
Objectives: This part of the building services deals with various systems and
components of complex Sewage collection and its Disposal, hot water supply in
high- rise buildings, Electrical services, refuse disposal systems and methods of
storm water handling. The students shall be made aware of Architectural design
consideration regarding space allocation and design of building elements to anchor
these services so as to achieve balance of functional efficiency and building
aesthetics.
